Chinese cabbage was cultivated in China in the V century BC. It is an excellent winter vegetable with a mild flavor. Cabbage reaches a weight of about 3 kg. In Germany it is cultivated throughout almost the whole year. In Spain in autumn, winter and spring, and after 3 months it can be harvested.
