Kalanchoe tubiflora

This Kalanchoe comes like many of the Kalanchoe varieties from the south of Madagascar, the leaf drawing reminds of Kalanchoe Daigremontiana but the leaves have a typical cylindrical shape with a gutter on the top of the leaf. The brood buds grow on the plant at the leaf tips. Kalanchoe Tubiflora reaches heights up to approx. 70 cm and forms an impressive bloom (during the winter months) at a suitable location.

All Kalanchoe prefer a well-permeable substrate, as advantageously a mixture of 1/3 flower soil, 1/3 sand and 1/3 perlite has been proven.
