Aji Panca - Aji Brown Seeds (Capsicum baccatum)

A very popular variety of chile in Peru and Bolivia used in many typical dishes. The flavor can be described as smoked, sweet and pungent.
Panca Chili is also processed in dry pasta and powders. The plants reach an approximate height of 1.50 m.
The fruits of Aji panca ripen from green to brown. Riped chilies are dark red to brown and have a length of about 12 cm.
Due to its long ripening time (120 days), it should be sown early indoors.
