Garden nasturtium seeds (Tropaeolum majus)

The nasturtium is a climbing or creeping plant, and interestingly uses both its leaves and its stem to climb and entangle itself. Its flowers come in a numerous variations in color from yellow to red-orange. The green leaves can be used in salads and are a little spicy and its seeds can also be consumed (as a substitute for capers). Flowers are also a nice decoration that can be eaten in salads, sauces yogurt with herbs and butter flavored with herbs.
