Bear garlic, wild garlic seeds (Allium ursinum)
Wild garlic is known in northern Europe as a seasoning plant for cooking and medicinal, which can be found early in the year in the forests. In southern Europe, however bear's garlic is not a wild plant. The leaves are harvested before flowering from April to May.
