Ñora seeds (Capsicum annuum)
Ñora peppers are a type of sweet pepper, which are used almost exclusively dry. These decorative peppers can be admired hanging in tapas bars and markets at the dried fish. This is mainly due to its importance in Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine in particular as a key ingredient in in "romesco" sauce and "Alicante paella".
Its excellent flavor is also suitable for many rice dishes and personally I use it in my recipe Hungarian "Goulash" recipe .
