The Japanese parsley is originary from China, Korea and Japan. Mitsuba means in Japanese "Three leaves" .This spice has a taste between leaf celery and parsley.
In Japan you find fresh Mitsuba in soups (add just before serving) or used in sushi, but fits also well to the European cuisine.
Mitsuba loves a moist part shady to shady site in  the garden or in the terrace. The plants are perennial and hardy.
